L. Reneé Dilley, DDS

Dr. Dilley's goal is to create a comfortable environment for patients with exceptional, full-service dental care. Her positive dental experiences as a child led her to pursue dentistry in order to offer that positive experience to her patients. Dr. Dilley loves to connect personally with each patient and enjoys getting to know their personal dental needs.
In addition to offering restorative dentistry, Dr. Dilley has advanced training and extensive experience in denture fabrication, cosmetic dentistry, and surgical procedures, including extractions and implants.
Dr. Dilley graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2001. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University--Bloomington in 1997 and was a 1993 graduate of North Knox High School. She has been at Oaktown Family Dentistry since 2001 and the owner dentist since 2003.
In her free time, Dr. Dilley loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. The beach is her favorite destination! She lives in Oaktown with her husband, Joe, and has 4 children.
Stephen J. Holka, DDS

The combination and balance of art and science is what drew Dr. Holka to dentistry. He enjoys the opportunity to design beauty and function when it comes to his patient’s smiles.
Dr. Holka has a degree in Biology from Drake University class of 1998, and he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. He has recently completed advanced training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and can offer his patients Botox treatments, dermal fillers and TMJ/oral facial pain injections.
Dr. Holka met a native North Knox gal while in dental school. They were married in 2004 and relocated to Knox County in 2008, at which time he joined the Oaktown Family Dentistry staff. Dr. Holka and his wife, Dr. Elizabeth Miller, are the parents of five ever-growing boys. He spends his free time volunteering as a youth coach for a variety of sports and has been the Rivet High School varsity baseball coach since 2019. When not in the office or on a ball field, he can be found swinging a golf club, reading a good book, enjoying a binge-worthy series, cooking or searching for the ever-elusive nap time.
Betsy H. Smith, DMD
“My goal is to have my patients leave their appointment happier and with a bigger smile than when they arrived.”
Dr. Smith benefited from positive experiences with her dentist and orthodontist and these experiences moved her to pursue a career in dental medicine. It is her desire to afford her patients the same compassionate care that she received. Building good relationships with her patients is one of the outcomes that she strives for as she provides them with great care in a comfortable setting during their dental visits.
Dr. Smith graduated from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2021. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2017 and graduated from North Knox High School in 2013. Dr. Smith has received excellent training in the field of dentistry and brings that experience to her practice at Oaktown Family Dentistry.
Dr. Smith loves sitting by the pool, watching sports (especially the St. Louis Cardinals and Indiana Hoosiers), and spending time with her family on her days off. She and husband, Alex, welcomed a new addition to their family at the end of October with the birth of her son, Trace Michael Smith.

TERESA ANDERSON
Teresa is our Office Manager. She has worked in the dental field and at this office since 1979, starting as a chairside assistant. She has acted as Scheduling and Insurance Coordinators and currently provides HR support to our dental team. Teresa also heads our Accounts Payable and Receivable department. She lives in Oaktown with her husband, Dave, and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Teresa's favorite part of dentistry is providing needed health services that improve patient's lives.
emily carroll
Emily is our Insurance Coordinator and has been a member of our team since 2021. She received her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018 from Vincennes University and graduated from North Knox High School in 2015. Emily is relatively new to the field and loves learning all of the ins and outs of the dental field. She lives in Bicknell with her husband, Damon, and their 3 children. We love Emily's eagerness to learn and her positive attitude.
Jessica groteguth
Jessica is an DANB-certified, expanded duties dental assistant (EDDA). She has worked at Oaktown Family Dentistry since 2002, and we appreciate the laughter and comfort she offers to each of our patients. Jessica and her husband, Brandon, are from Oaktown and are the parents of 2 boys. Her favorite thing about being a dental assistant is interacting with patients and helping them achieve their dental goals.
JONI PRICE
Joni is our Scheduling Coordinator. She has worked in the dental field since 2005. She has expanded-duties dental assisting and x-ray experience as well. Joni grew up in Flat Rock, IL and graduated from Robinson High School. She has an Associate Degree from Lincoln Trail College. She has one grown son and currently lives in Sandborn with her husband. Joni enjoys scapbooking, IU sports, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and spending time with her "grand-dogs". Joni's favorite part of dentistry is making people happy and putting a smile on their faces.
jAiMe coats
Jaime is IU-trained, EDDA-expanded duties dental assistant. She has worked in the dental field since 2000 as an assistant in both general dentistry and orthodontics. We appreciate Jaime's ability to provide excellent patient care with a smile. She is efficient and caring. Jaime lives in Bruceville with her husband, Eric. They have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Her favorite part of dentistry is hands-on patient care.

Shannon is a DANB-certified, EDDA-expanded duties dental assistant. She received her dental assisting training at the University of Southern Indiana and has worked at Oaktown Family Dentistry 2008. We so appreciate Shannon’s work ethic and drive. She is always ready to jump in and tackle any task. Shannon and her husband, Tommy, live in Vincennes and are the parents of 2 children. Her favorite part of dental assisting is the hands-on, chair-side patient care.

Erin is an Indiana-licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH) and a trained, expanded-duties dental assistant. She received her training and degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2011. She has worked in the dental field since and at Oaktown Family Dentistry 2017. She is a member of our hygiene department. Erin and her husband, Ethan, live in Vincennes with their 2 daughters. Erin brings a sunny disposition and laughter to our office. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is interacting with her patients. We appreciate her smile and creative touch that she brings to our team.

Becky is a licensed dental hygienist (LDH) who received her training and degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2001. She has been working in the dental field since 1999, having started as a dental assistant, and has worked with us at Oaktown Family Dentistry since 2001. Becky lives in the Bicknell area and has 2 children. We appreciate Becky’s love for her job and dedication to her patients. She takes great pride in treating and educating each individual. Becky’s favorite part of her job is educating her patients on how to achieve the best oral health for their mouths. She loves the relationships she has built with her patients throughout her years as a hygienist!
Erica Armes
Erica is a licensed dental hygienist (LDH) who received her training and degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2000. She has been working in the dental field since 2000 and part time for Oaktown Family Dentistry for quite some time. Erica lives in the Bicknell area with her husband, Aaron, and their 5 children. In her free time she enjoys running and supporting her kids in their hobbies. Erica’s favorite part of dental hygiene is the difference a smile can make. A smile can instantly lift a person up when giving one or receiving one. She loves that she has the ability to give patients their best smile while improving their confidence & overall health.
